Ireland Imps Pairs 2030 nightly
Ireland Imps ..A Training session not a game
Ireland Imp pairs 830pm every night ..24 boards but we can do 27 boards by request if the players will be willing to Zoom along. Swiss format.
The Ireland Imps Pairs is the best training session a pair can have for Teams. The boards are fairly exciting as I deal a few extra and throw out about 4 ordinary ones. You won't come away from an Ireland Imps pairs without some story.
Last night Alan Pinder won the Ireland Imps Pairs after battling for the top spot with James Heneghan and Terry Walsh for almost 1 hour in the final 9 boards.
Pinder organised 3 nice gains for himself over the 27 board session

Above the opponents found the going too tough in a possible making 6NT and pinder received a nice bonus. Another player sent a text noting strange times indeed.
Above kayc decided she would try to disprove the law about the 5 level being for Dubs and does not apply to the Southerners.
minus 800 later and maybe she is educated.
Finally on board 26 Pinder was able to push his boat away from the Walsh and Heneghan dock and move towards the middle of the lake.
James_H made a solid 2H bid in a like auction. Terry Walsh with 5 card support made a normal 3H push. The pushed opps went to 4D and James applied the sledge. Walshtr got shy and bid 4H and Pinders robocop issued justice.
The majority of folks say robots are rubbish but any robot that can live and survive in Shark Heneghan and Walshtr waters is worth its weight in lead.
Finally the results .. I understand Alan Pinder operates out of Clarinda Park.
I have a vague recollection of some folk trying to teach me bridge in Mullingar called Pinder.
