An interesting Hand 2 many went down

Last night in the Ireland Imp Pairs I noted a hand where many declarers and defenders missed their chance. Happily for many of the defenders the declarers were all lacking and 2-3 undertricks were procured.

So most defenders led off Spade Ace ...and another spade.
Now all declarers can consider making 4H. One succeeded but he got help after butchering.
I think the card play is gone from Irish bridge as folk don't play the old games any longer.
